About the EFS Parent Council We would like to welcome you to the 2012/2013 school year and to Elmwood Franklin’s Parent Council. Each parent or guardian of an Elmwood Franklin student is a member of Parent Council.
The mission of Parent Council is to support and sponsor Elmwood Franklin School’s programs, projects, events and activities. We strive to encourage communication between administration and Parent Council members by sharing matters of mutual concern, working together on fundraising events and encouraging involvement by all parents in the school community.

Meeting Dates for 2012/2013 School Year We meet the third Thursday of every other month at 8:15 a.m. in the school dining room. We encourage all to attend.
