Elmwood Franklin School's 2023-2027 Strategic Plan

​We are excited to share Elmwood Franklin School's 2023-2027 strategic plan. This strategic plan has truly been an inclusive process of gathering feedback from faculty, staff, trustees, families, and the greater EFS community. This dynamic plan is the driving force and road map that will shape Elmwood Franklin School's future and strengthen the fundamental traditions of the school.​

​2024 State of the School Presentation

​In November, Elmwood Franklin's second annual State of the School presentation in the Library Media Center. We were excited to share our current initiatives and future goals, including the incredible work taking place in our literacy and math subject studies, our fall interscholastic sports achievements, and our ongoing efforts to build a strong sense of community and belonging within our school. We also unveiled our new state-of-the-art playground initiative, which—thanks to the generous support of many donors and the diligent work of our playground committee members—has already raised $1 million toward its $1.5 million goal!

2023 State of the School Presentation

Head of School Ryan Kimmet, Ed.D. presented Elmwood Franklin's first State of the School event in The Johnston Theatre, bringing together current families, alumni, trustees and former trustees, faculty and staff, and Corporation Life Members. We were excited to share updates on the school year so far, celebrate the success of the 125 Endowment Campaign, and unveil our new strategic plan.
