Elmwood Franklin School's is excited to welcome Mary Logan as our full-time school psychologist. Mary brings to Elmwood Franklin eleven years of experience as a school psychologist with expertise in counseling, psychological evaluations, and Response to Intervention, a multi-tier approach to the early identification and support of students with learning and behavior needs.
Student Referral

If you would like to refer your child to meet with School Psychologist Mary Logan, please complete the form linked below. Concerns may include anxiety, depression, difficulty with friendships, communication, social skills, grief, eating disorders, and identity components, including race, gender, and sexuality.

Once the completed form is received, Mary will reach out to you with any additional questions and then to your child's homeroom teacher or advisor to schedule a meeting with the student. Once she has met with your child, she will work collaboratively with you and your child's teachers to create a plan to support their needs.

Please note, this referral form should never be used in an emergency. Please call crisis services at 716-834-3131 or 911 should your child need immediate attention.
